You must not make any purchase unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions about the refund policy of cambodiainsurances.com. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase you make with our consultants (over the phone or by email) as well as the online purchases you make on our website.
All cancellation requests have to be sent to us by email, we then check and support you process the refund following our refund policy and insurance’s terms and conditions.
When you make a purchase on our website, you agree with our travel insurance price and Payment Process. Users are advised to read the Universal Terms Of Service carefully.

- All refund requests have to be sent to us within 4 hours, from the date/time of order success ( after making payment).
- If you intend to cancel or edit your travel insurance order, you're better to make a request at least 3 days before your trip. Our Refund Policy helps you redeem your travel protection plan or keep credit for your next trip.
- It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required at the time of your intended departure. Cambodia Travel Insurance cannot be held responsible for refunds in the event of false or incorrect information.
- The price which we show on our website is in USD. When we void the transactions/ make a refund, you will receive the exact amount that you paid on our website in USD, and we don't take any responsibility for Foreign Exchange Rates.
- When we void the transactions following your refund request, the amount will be back to the same credit card/ debit card which you have used to make the payment on our site. We do not take any responsibility for cards that expired or have been canceled.
- Any amounts accrued and/or becoming payable on account of refunds shall be refunded to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Travel insurance.
Governing law
If any dispute arises regarding this agreement or how this agreement applies or arises out of your use of this Site, the laws of The Republic of Singapore will apply.
You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of Singapore and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.
General
